Begin traveling on US-1S; (turns into I-395S), I-395 S will become I-95S. Next take exit 84A on the left toward Rocky Mt. NC. Then take exit 28A toward Norfolk, stay on this for about 84 miles, to exit onto 284A toward Norfolk, after 1 mile take the S Military Hwy exit (exit 13A). Travel for 2 miles to make a U-turn at VA-407 onto US-13N, travel 2 tenths of a mile to end at 764 S. Military Hwy.

From Raleigh, NC:
Begin traveling on US-64 E. Then merge onto 1-95 N toward Richmond. Next take exit 11A toward Emporia, travel for about 69 miles before taking I-664S, after about 1.6 miles take exit 15B toward Chesapeake. Then take exit 289A, travel 3 tenths of a mile to merge onto Greenbrier Pkwy, travel 7 tenths of a mile to make a slight right onto S. Military Hwy (2.6 miles) to end at 764 S. Military Hwy.

From Charleston, WV:
Begin traveling on I-64 E toward Beckley.
